I am fitting a new carpet and require further adjustment in height to allow clearance under my Room Fold doors, what can I do?

There is 15mm adjustment in the hardware but it is limited to the amount of thread available on the top hinge. If this has been maximised, you have reached the maximum amount of adjustment. Do not force this adjustment any further.
