engineered softwood and in luxurious oak, both of which are FSC
Chain of Custody certified, meaning the timber is sourced from well
As with all of the Stormsure range, the new Conservation window
is fully compliant with the latest Part L Building Regulations and
can be specified with U-values as low as 1.0W/m2K. It is
double glazed with Low-E glass as standard
and is also available triple glazed to meet the higher levels of
the Code for Sustainable Homes.
The window is available with a fixed sash or direct glazed area,
giving customers greater choice of design and price options to suit
their project. A robust, multi-point locking system is supplied as
standard and handles are available in either polished brass,
brushed satin or a white painted finish to enable purchasers to
achieve a co-ordinated look by complementing other exterior
features of their home.
The Stormsure Conservation window is weather tested to meet
BS6375:Part1:2004, providing robust resistance against the worst of
the British weather. It is also tested for operation and strength
to meet BS6375:Part2:1987, ensuring durability and security.
All of the windows in JELD-WEN's Stormsure range are available
in a choice of durable, factory finished or Hi-Build paint
finishes, as well as primed and base coat stained options. JELD-WEN
guarantees its factory Hi-Build painted finishes for 10 years and
stains for six years, minimising the cost of ongoing maintenance.
