EXCITING NEW WINDOW BROCHURE REVEALED
Anyone looking for high quality windows, patios and external doorsets will be spoilt for choice in the new JELD-WEN brochure for 2011/2012.
This exciting brochure contains over 160 pages dedicated to the very best in sustainable and energy efficient design for timber windows and external joinery.
The latest update to the brochure combines many new products, combined with JELD-WEN’s most popular ranges, including the Sovereign Stormsure casement windows, Sliding Sash, Tilt & Turn windows, DreamVu™ and Bay Windows. External doorsets include the stunning Lancaster collection, the DreamVu™ doorsets which maximise thermal performance and the new Farndale single or double doorset.

There are so many different options too, not just in sizing or thermal performance, but in the style of our windows and doors and how they can be bespoke to an individual project. Revealed for the first time are the new additions to the patio collection, including stunning French door versions to JELD-WEN’s Oak Canberra and Wellington sliding folding patio doors. These stylish doors have been released in response to demand from homeowners and housebuilders for this popular classic style of patio door that perfectly complements JELD-WEN’s popular sliding folding patio doors.
The Oak Canberra French door is a premium doorset manufactured from 54mm solid laminated oak and the Wellington patio door is produced from 44mm engineered softwood, which is supplied fully finished in white to provide a superior appearance and long lasting performance.
In addition, a new sliding patio door has been released; the Fenton. Boasting an attractive slimline frame to maximise the amount of natural light, the Fenton is available as a double sliding door in a range of widths and with left and right hand openings. It also has the option of wing lights to further extend the amount of natural light that can enter a room.
Also new in the 2011/2012 brochure is the stylish new Farndale doorset. This has been manufactured from highly engineered softwood and comes as either a single or double doorset. It really does provide the ultimate in flexibility and design, with a choice of sidelights or a top fixed fanlight above the door, the option of full height glazing or conservation fret for those living in classic or period style homes. There are endless opportunities with the Farndale to add detail and distinctiveness and personalise the door to an individual property.
The brochure also contains details of JELD-WEN’s new market-leading Lifespan™ guarantee, which provides the option of a 60 year guarantee against rot and fungal attack on softwood windows.
It also demonstrates how JELD-WEN provides good environmental stewardship, with all of its softwood ranges available with full chain of custody certification.
