Glazing

We supply Clifton french doors and sidelights with factory-fitted 24mm clear Low E insulating glass units with a centre pane

Uvalue of 1.4 W/m²K. Other glazing options are available, including leaded designs at extra cost.

The standard Clifton softwood french doorset has a whole product Uvalue of 1.9 W/m²K.

Finishing

All Clifton patio doors have an advanced preservative system. We supply them with one coat of harmonising base stain or primer, ready for your choice of finish. We recommend Hi-Build factory-finishes for these products.

Hardware

These doors come with loose ironmongery, ventilator and multi-point locking with shoot and finger bolts. Silver effect handles and threshold are standard, or you can choose the optional gold effect finish. Restrictor catch and shoot bolt, are steel effect. Hinges are white for primed and Hi-Build paint finished products, with brown for basecoat stain and Hi-Build stain finish.

The Clifton Double french doorset is now available in a Secured by Design range to special order.

Dimensions

The Clifton is 2100mm in height. It is available in three widths with sidelight options:

• 1200mm (PP12)
• 1500mm (PP15)
• 1800mm (PP18) - Suitable for Building Regulation Part M, primary access requirements subject to installation detail.

We can also supply special widths at extra cost, up to a maximum of 1800mm for a pair of doors.

The sill depth is 170mm.

Sizes - standard patio code sizes stated are nominal - actual product size is -5mm to height and width
